Management system policy

Our services and products in the process of Manufacturing of steel components,
pressure vessels and equipment for process industry must fully satisfy legal and technical
regulations and at the same time all customer’s requirements, whether domestic or foreign.

The decision to introduce and apply a quality management and environmental
protection system is an expression of our overall business philosophy and permanent
commitment to business based on the principles of continuous improvement and general
respect for international standards. For this purpose, we have implemented an integrated
quality management system according to EN ISO 9001 and an environmental protection
management system according to EN ISO 14001.

Customer satisfaction is one of our basic business goals, which we evaluate at defined
time intervals in order to be able to improve certain activities of our business.

With targeted investment in modern equipment and regular maintenance, constant
education of employees and assessment of their satisfaction, updating work instructions
and production processes and procedures, we achieve continuous improvement of our
management system with the clear goal of the highest quality products and services. Our
goal is to achieve all of the above with as little negative impact as possible on all aspects
of the environment and in compliance with all occupational safety requirements. In doing
so, we want to provide our employees with the best working conditions, a stimulating
environment and the possibility of education and advancement.

When choosing suppliers and subcontractors, we are guided by all the principles of the
quality management system and environmental protection, whose requirements are
transfered to them as well. We regularly evaluate them and assess the compliance of their
actions with the stated norms.

In our work, we fully respect the legal regulations and undertake the necessary
activities to harmonize them. We regularly conduct internal audits of all processes within
the quality management and environmental protection system. The findings of internal
audits are the basis for the implementation of appropriate corrective measures, for the
analysis of risks and opportunities and the continuous improvement of our business.

Management systems are regularly audited by an accredited institution with the aim
of further development of our integrated management system.
